Method of payment
- We accept cash or credit card payments only.
- Tour fees cannot be added to hotel room charges.
- If you make a reservation through the reservation form, you can choose to pay on the day or in advance by credit card.
If you would like a private tour, the price will change.

Preparation
- Please wear warm, waterproof clothing such as ski wear.
(There are no changing rooms at the mobile base.) - You will also need thick gloves.
- If you are bringing luggage, please use a backpack-type bag. Hand-held bags are not recommended.
- There is no clothing rental.
(Please use the rental corner at the ski resort.)

About luggage storage
We cannot store your luggage.
Please put your small belongings in the lockers at the our base.
For larger bags, please use the lockers on the ski resort side.
Can I take photos during the course?
You can take photos along the course. Please keep your camera with you.
Can I just rent snowshoes?
This facility does not offer rentals only.
However, you can rent equipment at the rental corner at Niseko Village Ski Resort.
